Very good
Liked: Reception and breakfast is in hotel oposite building "hotel Presidente". Under building is parking garage- 19€ a day.

We love Granada
Liked: Location. Access to cafeteria in hotel across the road.
Disliked: Smelly drains. One of the two rooms was very bad and no offer of compensation. Check in across the road and not very welcoming. Expensive for a very basic small room with no toiletries provided but the bed was comfortable and the towels were soft.

Great location but not great...
Liked: No mattress protectors and sheets too small to tuck in around mattress. Walls extremely thin, could hear every thing in adjoining room

Liked: The location ! Very close to the center
Disliked: The noise inside and outside of hotel : no isolation at all . The staff - tolerant . The breakfast very basic and the staff at the bar looked like they were force to work there

Liked: Location of the hotel is very close of the center and only about 1.2km to Alhambra.Breakfast was good, if we compare price/performance.
Disliked: Our check-in experience started off quite strangely. The receptionist's attitude was far from welcoming. He didn’t seem to care about us or even acknowledge our request for parking, which we had arranged in advance. Maybe it’s just me, but since we prioritize customer service in our hostels, I can’t help but compare.Check-in takes place in a different building, where the receptionist is located. If you need any information upon arrival, you have to go there first. After receiving the details, you then have to take your luggage and head to the opposite building using a provided code. When we arrived at our apartment, we found the door wide open. Did they know we were coming? Was this their way of welcoming us? That would have been nice—if only it were true. Instead, upon stepping inside, we discovered that the room hadn’t even been cleaned.So, back to the receptionist we went. After informing him about the situation, he simply changed our room number and sent us on our way—without a single apology. Just like that.Bad experience, there is space to improve in my opinion (receptionist attitude or the cleaning assistance).

Reception via Hotel opposite in...
Disliked: Stayed in January. Reception was closed and so was managed for checkin etc by Hotel opposite. One day water was off 9am to midday. There was a warning sign on front door but we failed to notice it. It would have been more helpful if a note was sent to each room.
