Exclusive Location

Liked: Their customer service was on point. Kudos to the valet parking guys. Tasty food. Loved the tamales and the pipian.
Disliked: Thin walls and the motion light in the bathroom was annoying when taking a shower, the light keep shutting off.

Great value and Puebla genuine...

Liked: The breakfast was delicious. Great variety in everything plus Mexican food also. The service was excellent and staff was really kind.
Disliked: The hotel infrastructure was deteriorated, it made the hotel look old.
