Liked: Clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing.
Disliked: We had an accessible room which was lovely & big. The bathroom was a great looking wet room. However just a couple of things as a disabled person the location of the toilet roll at the back of the toilet very low down was not a good location Also no mirror near the sink only a large mirror near the door. Difficult when washing and shaving. Also the door to the room was difficult to use with a wheelchair maybe something to keep the door open may have helped. Overall a fab stay though.

Liked: The friendliness of the staff at the front desk and how attentive they were to our needs . The beds were very comfortable and the public areas clean and quiet . It suited our purposes exactly ie the proximity to the hospital which we needed and places of interest to visit . It was a lovely entrance lobby which made you feel secure and relaxed
Disliked: No choice of type of breakfast that (would have been appreciated ) with a lighter continental style an option less expensive perhaps . Clearer evening meal information so you could decide to eat in or out . Perhaps I just missed it .

Liked: Lovely clean hotel in a great location, a good choice at breakfast, we arrived early and were able to leave our luggage until check in , close to the tube station

Liked: The attitude of the staff make this hotel. Friendly, welcoming and your welcomed with a warm smile. We had a very enjoyable time and will definitely recommend to friends and family. Breakfast was good quality was fresh hot and excellent with plenty of variety. Good location .
