Brilliant hotel, lovely bar

Liked: Fantastic building, beautiful art-deco bar, staff are friendly and efficient.Went for my wife's birthday and they made the room special for us.Would 100% stay again and recommend to anyone visiting central London (location is perfect for Euston station and a nice walk from theatres etc)

Liked: Location and breakfast was good.
Disliked: Our room backed on to the courtyard witch was noisy due to the extractor fans and general staff activity. Also the single metal framed windows let in a lot of noise and not to mention cold drafts through. I had to wedge a piece of card in the catch of the window to help it close more snug.The hotel looks great from the front but a different story from the rear/inner courtyard part of the property.

Liked: We love this hotel and our family has stayed there before. They go above and beyond for you. Thomas at check in was friendly and fun to talk with, Tomas at breakfast was friendly and informative. I was the ‘ Guest of the day ‘ how fabulous!!!

Liked: A beautiful location with wonderful views. Very safe and very accommodating location wise.
