Service was good; room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was substantial. Stayed one night and it was excellent value for money.

Liked: I saw many negative reviews but our experience was great. The room was on the 6th floor, very quiet and comfortable. The continental breakfast was very tasty (especially the coffee), the location was perfect and the staff very helpful. Overall, no complaints at all.

Disliked: We were told there was no air con. in the room which we accepted but not told there were no windows in the room.We managed as we were only staying for one night.

Liked: Check-in staff were amazing. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast, however, was a complete letdown. Powered eggs that weren't cooked properly, hash browns over cooked way too much, no fresh fruit, only one juice choice and the presentation of foods was not remotely professional. It's a shame. Everything else was good, but breakfast was a huge letdown.
