Service was good; room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was substantial. Stayed one night and it was excellent value for money.

Disliked: No wine glasses in room.

Liked: Having sorted temporary parking to check in, everything was a breeze. Air conditioning was very noisy but slept OK.

Liked: The location is very good! Just in front of the Sky Tower in the city.
Disliked: They offer breakfast and even it is the same menu every day, they didn’t provide any explanation about the food, so you don’t know what it contains. For example the eggs looked very creamy and I had to ask the stuff if they were made with full cream, and yes, they made eggs with full cream and cream, but if I don’t ask they will not let the customers know. We stayed on level 3 and smelled curry for 3 days. The bed was not comfortable at all.

In the heart of CBD...

Liked: Location is fantastic, only a block back from Queen street, and a block from the sky tower where you can also catch the $20 bus to/from airport.
Disliked: Shower leaked a little on to the bathroom floor. Check in was 2pm, at 2.20pm we asked how long until our room was ready- the cleaners had only just got to our room to prepare it from previous guests. Room was advertised as two single beds, however when we got to our room it was one large queen/king bed.

Liked: Spacious area - no problem with our request for twin beds.Buffet breakfast had plenty of healthy food choices
Disliked: Breakfast area was only accessible by stairs which was difficult for my cousin who has mobility issues.
