Liked: Every?Thing in the room is outdated and the room is very small.Television doesn't work most of the plugs download work.It's very, very old place and it doesn't worth the money.The breakfast boys ok

Liked: The hotel staff waited up for us after delays at tunnel meant we arrived after midnight. Truly kind of her.

Liked: Check in, reception very friendly.
Disliked: Unfortunately we didn't end up staying, and we rebooked elsewhere the rooms were a awful state, stains everywhere. The door barely closed, looked like it had been bashed in and was very unsafe. I was staying with 2 x young children and did not feel safe in that area or hotel. The radiator/heater looked like it had blood smeared over it, fabrics for lampshades were ripped .

Disliked: Large areas of paint flaking of walls makes room feel dirty. Very very small room. Does not feel safe. We have stayed with this chain before, they have nice hotels, just not this one.
