Fine for a quick stop

Liked: Fine for a quick stop. We stayed here several times, and the experience really depends on which room you get. In some rooms the bed is super comfortable and the room fine, other rooms are outdated, not very clean and the bed is uncomfortable. There are 3 different buildings and how satisfied you’ll be depends on the room you get. Breakfast is okay though, simple but fine and fresh. The location is perfect if you are traveling. Front desk 24/7 open. Quick and easy check-in. Never had problems with lack of parking space. It has become a lot more expensive in the last years. So next time we will consider other options.
Disliked: Inconsistency in quality of the rooms/facilities. Always a surprise.

Liked: I was 10 minutes after cancelling time of 18.00hrs My wife said bed not comfortable. At 18.10I asked receptionist for refund .Was not understood. I would like refund Please as i did not stay.
Disliked: Bed .whole place is sub standard .Needs a good renovation

Good hotel but can be...

Liked: Ease of location from the A10, good value and the quiet surroundings at night. The rooms are always very clean as is the linen.
Disliked: I asked for a ground floor room and for the hotel to be aware that we will have our 2 dogs with us. Every time we arrive we are always allocated an upstairs room and they are not aware of our dogs. We have stayed there many times in the past, probably 20 times over the past 12 years and only once have we been allocated a downstairs room. Also there is no segregation for smoking and none smoking and if you are a none smoker, like us, the smell is awful.
