Disappointing

Disliked: No lounge or leisure place to sit. Staff closed the shutters on the breakfast room so we could not use the coffee machines. Charged us for extra coffees outside the breakfast time.

Disliked: Staff not helpful at all. Actually quite rude most of the time. Very slow booking in process. Nearly an hour. We're told we had not paid but we know we had !!. The hotel was full with our colleagues. The breakfast was meagre. At 10am they said breakfast was finished. Would not give us more milk for coffees or cereal. Not enough food to feed everyone that paid for breakfast. Continental breakfast is supposed to include cheese, eggs, ham etc. We just had coffee, tea,juice,bread, croissant and yoghurt. That was it !!!
