Liked: Although small, the hotel room felt very clean and had comfortable sheets and pillows. The shower was clean and had good water pressure. The location near the airport made getting to the airport early in the morning for an international flight easy -- in theory!
Disliked: The main issue we had was transportation to the airport. Given that they are an airport hotel, it was very difficult to book a shuttle to the airport. They say that you need to book the shuttle 24 hours in advance, and provide an email & phone number to do this. I emailed 5 days out with our requested shuttle time, and never heard back. about 2 days out, i emailed again, this time through Booking.com "email the property" feature. They did respond this time but the answer was cryptic. So the day before, I called to request the shuttle, only to be told I needed to have requested it 24 hours in advance, "in writing." Needless to say i was frustrated, since I had done exactly that and never heard back. Ultimately we were able to get on the shuttle, but when the driver arrived at 5 am, they had somehow overbooked the shuttle and we barely fit. The hotel really needs to get the airport transportation component of their stay figured it, so people can stay there with confidence that they will make it to the airport and their international flights.

Liked: The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: The bed was hard as a rock, the room was too small so there was no room for our luggage, there was only one pillow for each of us and the air conditioning didn't work so it was hot. We complained about the air conditioning but was given no other help than "try again". We were tired from our travels and slept badly, if at all.
