Great location, staff and parking,...

Liked: Great location, secure car park, helpful staff and clean room and bathroom
Disliked: The room was cold and despite trying to turn the heating on, it stayed cold. Had to go and get extra blankets from our car.

Liked: The reception staff Very polite and professional
Disliked: The location is extremely difficult to find .The area is deserted and not safe at all .The floor has a sticking out metal right next to the door ( safety hazard)
