Liked: You know what you are getting here. Clean and tidy, polite staff and helpful. Safe parking !
Disliked: Nothing in particular apart maybe for the ongoing works outside which are probably out of their control.

Comfortable hotel, convenient for route...

Liked: We liked the attentive and helpful staff, who gave us info on local restaurants and the tram service with a map. The breakfast was good, there was reasonable priced parking in a secure covered car park nearby with hotel discount and the location was good - within a few minutes walk of the main road into the city centre.
Disliked: Nothing.
