Staff need to do better

Disliked: The hotel is cheap and very basic.No actual staff - checking in meant to be via a machine that is difficult to navigate for touristsThe staff that showed up later were rude and unhelpful

Liked: The location was fantastic for us, because we wanted to visit all the War Memorials in Normandy, and everything was central to the Hotel.
