Liked: The staff is sweet and helpful. The drinks selection for breakfast is vast.
Disliked: The rooms are tiny and very unsafe, with things keep hitting your head. In one of our room we had a radiator which was giving shocks, we had to change the room. They stated croissant as breakfast but there are only bread (cold) with spreads and one cereal.

Don’t

Disliked: The worst experience with this hotel that I ever had. Zero accountability and costumer service from the staff. Terrible untidy and dirty room, and they refused to refund me when I found the room in this condition when I checked in. I didn’t even spend the night over, and they didn’t even take accountability for it nor refund me. Just horrible.
