Sheets with hair

Liked: The staff was great but the sheets in the bed was full of hair. There is a problem with their laundry I guess but it was very dissapointing.

Really poor facilities

Liked: We tried to check in later so used the machine at the door. The machine showed a different booking number than we were given so we struggled to get in. The air conditioning did not work so the room was uncomfortably hot. The tv channels did not work. The water dispenser was plugged in but didn’t work. I went to the vending machine for bottles of water and the machine took my money without dispensing the bottle. Found a hair in the bed. Disappointing

Liked: Asked for more towels on our second night- the guy at reception said he’ll bring them to our room whilst we were out. We never received our towels.
