Liked: The room was gross. It smelled of smoke so bad. It was disgusting when asked to switch rooms because the smell was so bad. The staff was rude. and very unkind then the same day after agreeing to switch our room then told us we had to leave because the power was out and our room was already paid for. We are currently here from out of town working tireless hours on an emergency response team for the wildfires in Los Angeles and this establishment had zero respect for us or our work and they were extremely rude from start to finish.

Disliked: that the blackout curtain was either open or closed and the front door went outside and didnt feel secure for me as a single woman traveling alone

Liked: The location was close to work.
Disliked: The bedding had stains on it.Employees and manager were blatantly ignorant on the hotel policy on what to do in case of a power outage.(It was laughable and upsetting to hear them say they were going to evacuate everyone from their rooms and reject any new check ins)
