Parking is light.

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: Thin walls; no coffee at breakfast.

I had to change my booking due to unforeseen circumstance and the hotel would not refund any of my stay but still charged me full price even though I did not even stay there. What a rip off, they were not even a little bit interested in any sort of customer service or satisfaction, rude and could not even get a manager to speak with. Disgusting service, I will never recommend to anyone.

Liked: Nothing - I did not stay but was still charged for 2 nights.
Disliked: No customer service or satisfaction.

I would not stay here again.

Liked: The room was very clean.
Disliked: There was no elevator. The parking lot was small and there were not enough parking spots with overflow into an inconvenient lot about a half block away.

Everyone was very friendly; breakfast was okay for continental; fruit was not very fresh; rooms were adequate; our comforter was quite "lumpy" and the bathroom door had a terribly annoying squeak; the parking was a hassle at times (not enough room for everyone); overall it served our purpose.

Liked: The waffle maker.
Disliked: Parking; squeaking bathroom door.
