Liked: The receptionist at check in, I forget her name,(Katrina?) she is very warm & hospitable; and we experienced one of the smoothest check in during our trip to Germany.

Disliked: The location, the locals that hung around the entrance, made it very intimidating. Not a pleasant experience.

Disliked: Team of drug dealers occupying the entrance to the car park which in next to the main entrance every day from morning until late at night...constant stream of people turning up to buy drugs from them made our party feel very uneasy
