Not a 5 star experience

Liked: The lobby looks quite nice and they have a spa available. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful but not necessarily a 5 star experience. I was however able to check-in early without paying extra and the room was alright.
Disliked: I received different information from different staff members about the breakfast, dinner prices and spa amnesties. My stay at the spa was somewhat disappointing. While the steam bath in the sauna area was nice, the Finnish sauna wasn’t even turned on during my visit. Additionally, the overall atmosphere in the spa was far from relaxing—it was quite loud throughout, even in the supposed “quiet zone.” Unfortunately, the quiet area seemed to be located directly next to or behind the kitchen, so every time there was noise from the kitchen, it could be heard clearly in the quiet zone, defeating the purpose.On top of that, room service was practically non-functional. Although there was a tablet in the room to place orders, it didn’t work at all. I tried calling room service and the front desk multiple times over the course of half an hour, but no one picked up. In the end, I had to go down to the reception in my bathrobe after coming out of the spa, which was frustrating. The receptionist was initially unhelpful and mentioned that they only had one dish left because the hotel was booked out. After expressing my dissatisfaction, she eventually offered to get a dish from a nearby restaurant, but the price was different from what was advertised in the room service menu.
