Liked: The staff were so welcoming and very helpful. The room was quiet and a lovely retreat from the bustling city. The hotel was very close to the centre of the city; only a short walk to La Rambla, and super close to loads of great eating places!

Liked: Great location close to lots of restaurants, coffee shops and short walking distance from main tourist attractions. Free glass of wine was a lovely touch. Very comfortable room and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Noisy at night with the window open, but this is to be expected in a city centre location. Across the road is a nightclub so probably best to keep the window closed at night

Liked: Proximity to so much we wanted to see in Barcelona AND the beds were very comfortable!
Disliked: No rack for luggage in room. No coffee/tea in room.

Liked: The location was fantastic, central to all of the attractions we wanted to see!
Disliked: The room was tiny and looked out on a shaft with 3 walls. The staff at the desk usually seemed annoyed when you would ask them something.

Liked: Wonderful feel about it. A little rustic but elegant at the same time.
Disliked: The only draw back was that you had to ask the front desk for a coffee pod or tea bag if you wanted a drink any time after breakfast. They needed to leave them available for customers
