Great location. Very value for...

Liked: Location. Really at the good center of Barcelona. I love that it‘s along Passeig de Gracia and very near shops, Casa Battlo is 5mins away, short walk to the bus and metro station, and a 10 min walk to Old Town.
Disliked: Bathroom shower could be better enclosed so that the water doesn’t spill all over the bathroom.

Liked: Location is great, the concept of the hotel is quite nice and the lounge with free wine and snacks from 7-8 is fantastic. The room was quite comfortable (bed plus living room and a big bathroom). The staff was helpful and friendly at all times and accommodated our needs which made it great when traveling with a baby.
Disliked: Everything was great. I would suggest to have kettles in the rooms to access hot water.

This is not my first...

Liked: I like the community area, the location, the small room.
Disliked: We were told that there was going to be complementary pastries and small breakfast items that was going to be available for hotel guests early in the morning from 6 AM to 10 AM, for three days I went down into the community area to look for their breakfast items. However none were found. I even woke up as early as 7 AM, since I thought that, maybe they have finished and I didn’t find any. I thought that this was a bit misleading. Despite having a pillow menu, I found it to be really hard to sleep on and not as comfortable as I thought it would be. The coffee machine that was available in the room was of cheap quality and there are only two coffee pods available per day, which was not enough for one room with two guests, as well as not enough cutlery was provided. There were two mugs, but no small underneath tray was provided for the mugs.
