Liked: It was very nice place with good breakfast. We liked the house and our room and service.
Disliked: It was a bit cold in a room during a day for us. It looked like temperature was set to 62- 65 F for a second floor. Thermostat was next to our room.

The Perfect Stay

Liked: EASY check-in! The decor was lovely. Every time I contacted the Prairie Guest House, the owners were friendly, helpful, and very respectful of my query or request. If I was not speaking directly with someone, they quickly responded to me.Breakfast was prepared by John and was delightful... Quiche, scones, bacon, potatoes, fresh fruit, & juice. Yummy!
Disliked: Truly, my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed everything!

Liked: It’s a charming bed and breakfast. Self check in was easy. Excellent communication regarding room location. Wonderful breakfast.
Disliked: The rooms do not have individual thermostats. We found a space heater in the closet. The temperature was in the single digits, so the room was chilly. The mattress was not comfortable.

Liked: The guest house was extremely quaint and cosy. Everything was very clean. We found it easily and it was very conveniently located. Breakfast was beautifully presented and very tasty. The owners and housekeeper were lovely friendly people. We would definitely recommend a stay here.
Disliked: It’s down to personal preference but we found the mattress extremely hard and would have liked a topper on it.
