Disliked: Initially out into a room above the the sliding from door which made an awful noise every time it opened. Credit to the staff who were really helpful and moved us to a new quiet room. This room however was boiling and sleep was difficult, you couldn’t change the temperature of 18c (felt like 23c)

Wonderful stay in Porto

Liked: I loved everything about the property. The breakfasts were very well done.
Disliked: I thought the afternoon and evening staff could be more helpful in recommending places to eat.

Very comfortable stay in central...

Liked: Excellent central position....whole city was walkable. Breakfast was very good....choices varied.
Disliked: We booked a Superior Plus room which was very comfortable and clean although was quite small and dark. Thd room overlooked the courtyard. The lighting was very subdued.
