Liked: Location was great , close to restaurants and sightseeing places. Breakfast was excellent especially Mauro was very attentive and Jamila , at the service desk ,was extremely friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Everything and everyone was exceptional great!

Liked: Excellent location, nicely decorated and well maintained rooms with comfortable beds and spacious shower.
Disliked: There were a few hiccups, we had booked a double bed but were given twins (this was rectified once we pointed it out), the staff at breakfast were a bit disorganised which meant we were repeatedly asked our room number throughout our meal on multiple days (3 times on one day, even as we were finishing up). The breakfast was ok, some items were better than others and the natas served were some of the worst we had ever had. We were there celebrating our anniversary, which we'd noted when booking, but nothing was said about this (not even a congratulations- instead they gave us twin beds!).

Liked: Super location and fabulous room and facilities
Disliked: Some of the staff weren't very friendly in reception. Not very welcoming and provided very little information about facilities or breakfast, etc. Don't feel like we would like visiting again

Liked: The location although Porto requires a lot of walking, in some cases up and down hills. We ended up using one taxi driver for everything.
Disliked: The restaurant.

Liked: Lovely hotel, great breakfast, helpful staff, great location for seeing everything Porto has to offer
Disliked: We understand that all bedroom doors must have self closing devices, however it would be good to remind guests that doors should be closed quietly. The doors slam if left to close on their own and this can be disturbing late at night and early morning - maybe a sign on the inside of the door ?
