Nice hotel in the best...

Liked: Very nice hotel in a historic part of Lisbon. Friendly staff , good service . Surprisingly uncomfortable beds . Mattress pad is like a rubber cover in the hospitals . Very unpleasant.

Very good

Liked: Location was fine but no view from the bedroom. Breakfast was excellent. There were issues witht the safe in the bedroom and was eventually sorted out on the 3rd occasion. Staff apologised. The lights in the room were only adequatre and could have been better.
Disliked: No room view. Otherwise the hotal was very good and staff attentive.

Liked: It was very pleasure time and I could get very impressive images and wonderful happiness All related people of Hotel were so kindness and they all did effort to provide good convenience to me I strongly recommend this hotel to all other customers next timeBreakfast was wonderful and fantastic and the room condition was OK Thank you so much for you hospitality

Liked: An excellent hotel!Perfectly located, with an amazing staff and outstanding responsiveness to every request. The restaurant is also a true gem.When we arrived at 10 AM, we were immediately given a ready room—a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.Additionally, the concierge service, which handles restaurant reservations and more, is a fantastic feature that has been missing in many hotels today.We will definitely be back!
