Pleasant if you don't set...

Liked: Convenient location. Good buffet-style cooked breakfast. Comfortable bed. Good quality bath towels I have recommended this place to family and friends although I think it's a little pricey for the quality of the room I experienced.
Disliked: A little over priced for tired looking accommodation. Staff are incredibly helpful but they seemed stretched too thinly during my stay. (I needed to track down the restaurant staff at breakfast.)

Dissatisfied

Liked: Beautiful building in lovely spot , very convenient location to Winchester and Romsey . It’s such a shame because the hotel has so much potential and could be a great place to stay
Disliked: The breakfast only one staff member who was overworked trying to service everyone, if there was no buffet , the food seemed to be warmed up and was dry.. The bedding was never changed, ,and bathroom supplies not replaced like toilet rolls and shower gel . A lot of the time it was hard to find a staff member
