Uncomfortable

Liked: The check in was easy and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: My shower was gross. There was black mould growing all over the floor, which was very shocking to me. I asked them to scrub it off one day and there were no changes when I returned. Because of this I could not shower properly and felt very uncomfortable throughout the stay. We were in this hotel as a more affordable stay close to a conference in Utrecht. It was not worth it and should have rather paid more to stay elsewhere.

Was a good stay but...

Disliked: We stayed for 3 nights, my room was never cleaned and had to ask myself for clean towels twice. But aside from that was a good hotel
