Great value for money, excellent...

Liked: Perfect location, good size room as well booked the suite for family (actually the suite is for 2 people but can easily fit 3 with extra bed option we chose due to our daughter) which had personal sauna & jacuzzi, staff was very helpful & friendly. Amazing food at the cafe on the menu, we chose breakfast included but was just standard nothing to complain about. The coffee was fantastically delicious, they roast their own beans, we bought some for home as well!The hotel, cafe & room were very clean. Great ambiance at the cafe as well.
Disliked: Nothing to complain.

The best way to enjoy...

Liked: Everything here was more than I could have wanted! The staff, the location, the restaurant (delicious!) the service in all of it was impeccable! So much so, that I am hosting an international event here next year. Thank you!
Disliked: I had to change rooms because the room in the Post building couldn't open windows and had no air conditioning for my menopausal body. We were switched to a bank room, which was simpler, but the windows opened.

Meeting Expectations, you can feel...

Liked: Very friendly service during check-in, breakfast check-in (explaining the buffet), the room itself, very spacious, bedding and a large rain shower is really nice. Also the environment of the bar, restaurant is unique and really interesting. High level of detail provided in everything and a lot of choice during breakfast.
Disliked: Couple of things:- Breakfast from 10:00 to 11:00 on a Saturday is overcrowded, but especially understaffed. We didn't have a table setup, so just took a table without cutlery etc, that was at least clean. Multiple tables with left overs from other guests were there, and I could really not see traction in those being cleaned. Point of attention for the breakfast manager I would say.- The front door of the hotel is already closed at 11:45 (really early), what follows if you ring the bell is a sort of interrogation by night audit (do you stay at the hotel?, what room are you in? what is your last name?). I do get that these questions would be asked if you were arriving from the bar late night, but not at 11:45.
