Very poor management of room...

Liked: The maintenance of the property is very poor. Our room had a bathroom door that did not close due to bad fitting thus preventing privacy in the bathroom. The air conditioning did not work and after complaining about the high temperature in the room, we were told to open the large window (as the air conditioning only gave out heat). The window did not operate correctly and when we eventually got it open, it exposed us to an open aperture at height as we were in the third floor Also a small point of no plug in basin. Therefore no checks had been made prior to visitors being allocated the room

Liked: Very sympathetic staff members. Cleaning ladies are the truly rays of sunshine.💚 Breakfast options are pretty good for the price and totally worth it!
Disliked: Phones in both rooms that we booked, didn't work. TV remotes as well requires the switch of batteries.

Liked: Great stuff and good value for the money. If you travel flexible is a good place to get around.
Disliked: He had some issues with the towel and sheets in the first day, but they took care of everything and was alright.
