Very good

Liked: The hotel has is nice, clean and comfortable.Breakfast could be better. However, there is a wonderful cafe just the next door to the hotel, so it’s better to skip breakfast in the hotel and go to that cafe.

Perfect place for a luxurious...

Liked: The hotel was fabulous! It was even more luxurious than I had expected! The hotel is clean, elegant and sophisticated. The staff is helpful, friendly and professional. My room was very spacious and elegant. The bathroom was also huge! I stayed here for one night only, but I wish I could stay in the hotel forever! The breakfast was also a wonderful surprise - there were so many options to choose from.
Disliked: I liked everything, so there's nothing bad I could say.

Great hotel with a convenient...

Liked: Location was good with local restaurants and grocery store all within walking distance. Parking 🅿️ garage was fine but a little tight. Staff were excellent and super friendly.

Liked: Staff very helpful
Disliked: Noise from the road outside and wind whistling through the windows made the room quite loud. Also elements of the hotel seemed half finished - e.g. gaps in tiling around the lift doors.

I recommend the stay at...

Liked: We had an amazing stay in Porto! The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to assist us with our early arrival, making us feel truly welcome from the start. The value for money here is outstanding, offering an excellent balance of price and quality. Our room exceeded expectations—it was spacious, impeccably clean, and had a cosy, inviting atmosphere. The location was another highlight: it felt safe and was conveniently close to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend it!
Disliked: The Wi-Fi was a bit slow, and there was no "do not disturb" sign in the room. While we could have requested one at reception, having it readily available would have been more convenient. These were minor issues, though, and we still highly recommend staying at Portus Cale!
