Liked: Hotel was well presented and staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is good for visiting Lisbon.
Disliked: Had to queue for breakfast on the first morning. Breakfast room is not large enough for the size of the hotel. On other mornings we had no problem as we up and away early.

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We received a welcome traditional Portuguese drink to welcome us and some pastries, fruit and port on our last evening. Hotel is on a great central location.

Liked: Excellent location. Room was very spacious with high ceilings. Big bathroom with big walk in rain shower. Huge comfortable bed with very comfortable pillows. Good choice of buffet style breakfast.
Disliked: No kettle in room
