Exceptional

Disappointed after having a lovely...

Liked: Close to ferry port and friendly staff. Comfortable bed and nice bed linen. Excellent breakfast.
Disliked: The constant noise from the air con even though it was turned off. The fact that we were given a disabled adapted room without being asked if we wanted one. In any case the barring all around a bath that a disabled person wouldn’t be able to climb into to shower anyway was exceedingly uncomfortable for us to have a bath which was what we wanted. Bars digging in our necks and shoulders most irritating.I would have asked to be moved but it was late, we were very tired and just wanted a bath and bed.
