Lovely room but not a...

Liked: Very generous size room, smart and clean, with all the facilities you could want. Our only issue was the heat. The room was far too hot, we turned on the air conditioning but it was very noisy and gave us a sleepless night.

Liked: The room was lovely and spacious enough for three of us. Very clean and good products in the bathroom. The only negative was the bed was slightly too firm for me but that’s a personal preference I understand.

Liked: The hotel staff are both equally helpful and friendly. A very warm welcome when you arrive, which is also nice.The only bad point was I'd had a very uncomfortable sleep, and my back was very painful in the morning.
