Winter stay

Liked: Portrush is such a beautiful place.location ot the hotel was ideal.
Disliked: I liked everything about the hotel etc.Im aware I only booked bed and breakfast but, the dining room wasn't opened for evening meals.

Disappointing

Liked: The location
Disliked: The room was very basic, when we got settled I noticed that the bedside cabinet had been pulled off the wall, there was a dirty sock lying behind the curtain, there was blood marks up the walls and the carpet was very badly stained, then when I went into the bathroom the bath had stains all over it and the door and chunks out off it, the beds were not comfortable at all, we went to the bar and had a drink and they Guinness was so bad we cudnt finish it, I will not be staying here again.

Clean and comfortable stay in...

Liked: Exceptionally friendly staff that anticipated our needs and met them. The breakfast was great! And they were willing to let us leave luggage for a few hours after checkout! The town is beautiful, and we enjoyed exploring it in the quiet off-season!
Disliked: We had some issues with one key card, but management sorted them out speedily.
