Happily repeat another night but...
Liked: The 2 town houses joined together give this 20 room bohemian hotel an intimate and cosy feel. The location is dreamlike & the staff were clued up, helpful & made for an easy stay.
Disliked: The room on the ground floor (No 5) was tiny with the smallest bathroom I have ever found.

pleasant
Disliked: Room was quite small and looked on to the street at street level which meant I had to keep the curtains closed most of the time

Beautiful Hotel
Liked: The decor is beautiful! There is so much attention to detail. Our bed was sumptuous, super comfy, and very large. The room was exactly as I'd hoped it would be, and the staff were very warm and friendly, and also fulfilled my room request, which I very much appreciated. The roll top bath in the room was gorgeous, and we absolutely loved the bookcase secret area! We had a lovely stay, and my sister was thrilled. Thank you very much!
Disliked: There were no televisions in any of the rooms, which wasn't really a big deal, but it would have been nice to have the option. The room was on the pricey side, so maybe a few complimentary touches would make the stay that little bit more special.

Not a luxury hotel. Over...
Liked: Beautiful historical building in an excellent location.
Disliked: Our dingy basement room was old fashioned and decorated like we were in India, which is odd when in historic London. The bath/ shower was so antiquated we needed a lesson on how to use it. It dripped all night and the heavy swing door was annoying and hard to use. There were only two large towels and no flannels. The lighting was bad throughout the room and the antique mirror in the bathroom was barely useable. The bed was small for the size of the room and there was no radio or tv. There was also no milk for the coffee machine. Maybe some of the other rooms are better but this was not what was shown on their website. The pictures show a stylish townhouse hotel recommended by Mr and Mrs Smith. Despite saying charming and quirky this is an over priced old fashioned guest house and certainly not somewhere I would recommend.
