Liked: PortoBay Liberdade is a cute small hotel that is excellently located. The staff is very professional, and they are prepared to help you every time.
Disliked: The spa is small but sufficient, with a pool and two saunas. The rules for the Finnish sauna are a bit unusual. We were informed by the staff that being naked in the sauna is not allowed, and swimwear is mandatory. However, it didn't seem to bother the staff that some guests were sitting in the sauna without a sheet or towel, allowing their sweat to drip onto the wooden benches and floor. When I tried to discuss this with the receptionist, the response was simply "These are the rules in Portugal."
