Liked: Excellent hotel, in an ideal location. Staff were amazing helpful and friendly. Breakfast best I've had in a long time. Spa facilities very relaxing after the hills of Porto. Loved our stay at this hotel & would definitely return.
Disliked: Minor and only niggle. Coffee machine in room.

Liked: The hotel is beautiful., right in the centre of Porto. Great facilities, fantastic room in the older part of the building. Staff were all amazing. They made our stay really special. We were celebrating a special anniversary.

Disliked: Uneven access points that caused me to trip. Would be very difficult for those with physical challenges
