Great four night stay in...

Liked: Very comfortable large room (and bathroom), very obliging front desk staff, close to historic centre of Porto. Easy walk from Sao Bento Station, good breakfasts and bar snacks
Disliked: Tea and coffee in the room wasn't replaced every day.

Superb stay !!! Due to...

Liked: Hotel had very good location !!! Historical centre of Porto was only 1 km away !!! SAO BENTO Railway Station / Metro Station was opposite the hotel !!! Plenty of eating joints 100 metres away !!!Staff was excellent - very responsive , courteous , cooperative , helpful , provided tourist information too !!! Breakfast too was excellent !!! Toiletries were in good supply !!! Room was big and spacious !!! Writing desk and chair and WIFI facility was excellent !! Very comfortable bed !!! Lighting in the room was very good !!!

Great Hotel and Location

Liked: The location and the friendly staff, Pedro Almeida from front desk was very helpful and nice, Ana and Micaela work in the dining room and they wonderful girls . Overall it’s a great place to stay.

Great value , good location...

Liked: The reception and bar staff were wonderfully helpful , never had better !
Disliked: Minor issue , lighting in room is a little dark , in bathroom made shaving awkward

Disappointed

Liked: Location, clean and breakfast
Disliked: Room too small and dark. No privacy in bathroom. Water pressure bad. To sparsely appointed. Poor value for the money.

Very central to see all...

Liked: Location very central and close to Sao Bento station. Buffet breakfast was wonderful - very fresh and lots of variety.
Disliked: Did not hear much street noise, but could hear hallway noises when people were going to/from room. Only bothered us one morning when a group left very early and we’re talking loudly in the hallway.
