Disliked: At check in I was told off for booking a twin room as a single person. I explained that I wasnt given any other option and showed my reservation but was told I must have made a mistake! I showed it again and said I hadn’t but he argued I had. What a nice welcome after a long day.Was moved to a smaller room but despite being told it would be cheaper was charged the same. When I questioned this I was ignored.I don’t leave reviews but in this instance I have in the hope that 1. rude staff are retrained,2. They tell guests to get their car park ticket sorted before they go all the way to the gate and3. They tell booking.com not to put single people in twin rooms
