Disliked: Bartender could have stayed and been visible when myself and others were at the bar instead of disappearing . What was the charge for incidentals I had to put my credit card in when we checked in? $151. PLUS charge

Because we were with family...

Liked: We arrived a little early the person that checked us in took his time to find us a room and I believe because we were early we were treated poorly Our room was the very last room around 2 corners. The sheets on my bed was torn with holes in it. I have photo if you would like it. The mattress was terrible not at all Sheraton standards. We have traveled extensively in the US and Europe and have never been to a Sheraton this bad
Disliked: The dining room/ bar was beautiful. Overall the lobby area and pool wonderful
