It was a nice place; the website didn't mention that neither parking nor breakfast was included in the room package.

Liked: Everyone was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: My room package didn't come with parking nor breakfast.

Liked: Great room with a view; excellent valet and customer service.
Disliked: No safe or mini fridge in the room; Wi-Fi not included.

The staff was outstanding. They were helpful, and made me feel like I was special. I also noticed they treated everyone else with respect and made them feel exceptional. Thank you for your employees!

Liked: All staff were wonderful, professional, cheerful and it was a pleasure being around each and eveyone of them.
Disliked: They were out of king size beds but it worked out OK.

Liked: Very clean; beautiful; great location and staff was over the top!

Weekend away

Liked: waiter was very sweet and and kind at breakfast. the resort fee was given back to you to use on site for multiple things.
Disliked: Rooms could use a really good cleaning. The bottoms of the doors and the carpets were just dirty.

A great 24-hour stay

Liked: The staff was Great!! They were able to accommodate my early check-in. This was so appreciated. I was there to attend a dinner/meeting event, and as such (IMO), they had upgraded my room. It's was a wonderful gesture. All the staff we came in contact with were very kind and professional. From the front desk, the staff in the restaurant and the cleaning staff. Each person initiated a welcoming conversation.
Disliked: I truly have nothing... I guess if I had to dig deep.. As often seen, the iron had a bit of rust in the steam holes. I learned the hard way years ago, and now ALWAYS first use the iron and steam on a towel until I am confident that they are clean.

Very unhappy with the hidden...

Disliked: The hidden costs! No one mentioned the “Destination FEE”. Lost out in 2 days. Parking was expensive on top of the cost of the room. Only 2 bath towels for two people. Room so small, no where to put out luggage. Overall, not happy and wiki not be staying at Marriott in the future.
