Liked: I really appreciated being able to print at the business center—it was very convenient. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I couldn't turn off the fan, it kept going on and off and the sound was disturbing. When I just let it run, the room became quite cold. To be fair, I could have asked staff if it was possible to turn it off entirely, and I didn't do it.
