The hotel was great; clean room; comfy beds; nice bathroom; room was a bit tiny.

Liked: Food we had was delicious. The beds were comfy with good pillows.
Disliked: Valet parking was iffy.

Disliked: Room was a little small, but we knew that going in.

Good stay overall

Liked: Location is excellent. Variety of restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and about a 15 min walk to Harvard Square and Davis Square. Staff were very friendly and professional. The rooms were very clean, neat, and comfortable. Complimentary coffee in the basement along with ice machine, which was very nice.
Disliked: Would have been nice if they had open windows. There was air filtration system but fresh air would have been nice. There was a fire alarm around 7am which woke everyone up, which was a bit annoying. Had to go outside and wait for about 30-40 min for the fire department to come and check. Walls were a bit thin, but okay. There was an angry person who had some sort of a fit for about an hour, but other than that, no problem.

Liked: The hotel was set in a great location. Within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. Hotel was clean and the rooms appearance was nice. The staff was also friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mini fridge didn’t keep things very cold. Had to buy a fire stick to use our streaming services because it wasn’t unavailable through the tv. Wasn’t informed about the valet charge or that it was valet parking until arriving.
