Liked: The front desk staff which is a wife and husband I Believe during the day are extremely kind and helpful. I stayed here multiple nights in a row, and they were very accommodating. Even with the construction going on downstairs, they tried to make sure we had a room that wasn’t above or below that area so that we weren’t disturbed by the noise. They were very helpful with any questions we had. The rooms are very clean, and although they aren’t modern and kind of an older style, you can tell they take care of their rooms very well. The parking is abundant and facilities, such as the icemaker the Coke machine and the washer and dryer do work. I had no problems with anything in my room worked as well.
Disliked: The cleaning lady was very very rude. She knocked on our door at 10:50 and we were wanting to stay another night and she stood at our door waiting, rushing us as we went downstairs to pay for another night even though the booking was done the night prior. When we came back up and she started cleaning, I offered to help and said that she didn’t need to vacuum or do any of those things as we were staying another night and that wouldn’t be necessary and she completely ignored me and seem frustrated that we were staying another night and she had to clean the room. The second night we stayed we booked the room and had to leave for about five minutes and came back and the front desk. Lady kindly told her to let us inside the room as there was no reason to clean it per our request and she completely started disrespecting her, throwing a fit telling us she didn’t want us in the room yet. We still treated the cleaning lady with kindness after the fact, and she completely ignored us. Anytime we tried to address her.
