Liked: Clean towels and room serviced daily. Nice shower. Beds were comfortable, and the window had a full blind for privacy.
Disliked: The office wasn't attended as advertised and we were unable to get in contact with the manager/ owner when we arrived. There was a mix up with SMS communication. We waited 2 hours to get into our room.It was rather noisy next to Gordon St, and a lot of the guests needed to smoke just around the corner from our room. Also someone knocked on my door at 2am that shocked me and really stuffed up my sleep. The property is a little awkward to get at particularly if you're coming from the west and have to navigate around multiple streets to get back onto Gordon St.I felt it was over priced for what it was, but was suitable for myself and teenager.

Liked: The owner greeted us and made us feel so welcome. Happy owner happy staff. Great location. So comfortable.
Disliked: The fact we couldn't stay longer but hope to return soon.

It had everything we needed...

Liked: I liked that the beds were in separate rooms and that there was a portable fan.
Disliked: The car park was a little tight if you had a large vehicle.
