Liked: Great staff. Convenient charging for electronics in room, nice deep bath tub as well. Good value.
Disliked: Bedding was cheap and not the most comfortable. Cable channels were lacking (and lots of channels you can't view on the TV guide) and no way to use streaming services or connect phone to TV.

Liked: for the price, it's really good. Facilities are very old clearly but well taken care of however it needs to be cleaner !! change pillows and towels constantly would help.
Disliked: they need to clean up more! maybe change the carpets since they have old stains and don't look really nice! the kitchen seems like nobody has cleaned in years and some of the disposable plates in the kitchen were dirty!

Liked: Very spacious and comfortable room. Even a couch in the room! Fridge, microwave, and 2 comfortable beds. Very clean room and bathroom, very friendly staff. Simple but nice breakfast was a bonus!
Disliked: No complaints at all...

Liked: price... ish. cheapest place we could find after being trapped on the island over night, due to very cancelations.
Disliked: dirty room, charged extra $25 after checking in with service dog. no sound proofing, could hear nabours every move. beds are hard as a rock, floors where dirty, needed to be washed. breakfast was cereal or half a muffin.

Disliked: unfortunately the room above me had some sort of flooding as I awoke to water dripping from the ceiling in the hallway at around 11:30 pm. I understand these unforeseen events occur but the lack of communication was upsetting. After listening to the commotion above for a couple hours I tried to call the front desk from my room to maybe switch rooms (at 2am) the phone did not work. I walked to the lobby to find it locked and nobody around, also no staff around the room above with the leak. After a terrible sleep I headed to the lobby around 7:30 am to inquire about my damage deposit and a possible refund for my stay. I was told by the unfazed staff member there was nothing they could do. When I asked to speak to the hotels manager I was straight up told no. I was unable to be persistent as I had an early morning hospital appointment I could not miss. Very disappointed with the treatment from staff. I will not be staying at this hotel again and would not recommend it to anybody.
