Feels like Christmas

Liked: Have stayed at Pontlands many times over the years and always have a fantastic stay. Is a lovely place at Christmas and staff are always polite.
Disliked: Only one issue this time. We went down for lunch in the bar area which we enjoy. But there was a group of people sitting around a large table with laptops trying to sell some kind of investment to people over the phone. You could hear all the conversations and the hard sale going on which did spoil the atmosphere.

Beautiful old building,comfy ,large room,water...

Liked: Breakfast was buffet style which I liked.Dinner service was a bit slow but food tasty.
Disliked: The burger was averaged at best
