Liked: Lovely welcome.Great service throughout.Food was 1st class (dinner and breakfast).Room was clean, comfy and spacious (shame about the tv from circa 2015, was expecting better).The only slight niggle was the spa closed at 5.45..didn't get to use it and that was one of the reasons I picked pontlands park

Liked: Fantastic hotel. We love staying here. The facilities are great and the people are really friendly and helpful. It is most definitely one of our favourite places to stay in a lovely location and we always feel relaxed as soon as we arrive. Can definitely recommend the pool and outdoor jacuzzi. Easily reached from the A12 but is set in lovely countryside and is very peaceful and relaxing. It’s also just a 2.5k walk into Chelmsford.
