Liked: Breakfast was nice, but the tea was full of tea leafs but was replaced and my coffee was cold
Disliked: Hand rail a needed badly in the bath. Otherwise really dangerous trying to exit bath after showing due to slippery surface

Liked: It was the perfect location for us visiting friends, everything was clean and very well kept. Good facilities in the pool, jacuzzi etc and good breakfast.
Disliked: Our room was quite cold, we spoke to reception who sent someone up which then the radiator kicked in but by the morning it was freezing again. We were giving a fan heater from the wardrobe to put on but I do think the radiator should be working.

Liked: Lovely staff - very helpful. I needed to change rooms because I'd damaged my knee and couldn't manage the stairs & they organised a new room straight away. Had to wait a while for tomatoes & hash browns on the breakfast buffet, but worth waiting for because the quality was excellent.
