Amazing staff, wonderful location, great...

Liked: We stayed here for our honeymoon. Immediately upon check in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, gave us detailed recommendations for places around the area, and gave us a sweet welcome basket. The breakfast, the amenities (including the gym and spa), the entire staff, accessible location, and atmosphere were all top notch!

Awesome hotel with wonderful staff!

Liked: The service. Everyone was so nice and helpful with anything we needed. The hotel is small but gives BIG vibes.
Disliked: That we didn't use the spa. I booked this place because of the spa..but got so caught up in all the other things we wanted to see each day that we neglected to book the time.

Our 5-night stay was comfortable...

Liked: The location was convenient but in a quieter section of the city. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was warm and attentive.
Disliked: More towel hooks in the bathroom

Ideal couple getaway spot

Liked: Lovely staff, very attentive and friendly. Perfect location literally one minute away from Ponte Vecchio. Perfect jacuzzi in the room.
Disliked: We couldn’t try the spa, but we will next time!
