Liked: It was a small boutique hotel, which is very nice. That delicious breakfast and happy hour. Very clean upscale rooms and lobby. Super friendly staff.

Liked: Very welcoming staff that continued to take care of any needs we had for the duration of trip. We had an executive suite that was very clean and luxurious.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Every thing, location few steps from Ponte Vecchio bridge, the suite in the ground floor was very spacious and comfortable, the staff were very polite and friendly. The whole stay exceeded our expectations. Definitely will come again when in Florence.

Liked: Tatiana and Andre could not have been more cordial, welcoming or helpful. Tatiana is a ray of sunshine. The location could not be better for access to museums, restaurants and events. The scent of the hotel lotions and shampoo is relaxing in itself.
Disliked: Could use a magnifying mirror or swirl mirror in the bathroom to check back of head.
