Lovely country hotel.

Liked: Everything at the hotel was really great. The room was huge with good lighting, excellent heat, nice shower. Breakfast was excellent (the coffee machine only makes black coffee but the proprietor was kind enough to add foamed milk so I could have a cappuccino). The parking was secure.
Disliked: The staff only speaks French! Fortunately my husband and I are fluent but somehow I must have missed the detail about language. Also, the check-in time is listed as 5pm which can be a problem. When I made the reservation with Booking, they asked for our arrival time without noting that it was not possible before 5pm. Fortunately (again) the host was there and let us in at 4pm but if he hadn't and we arrived to see the sign announcing that check-ins were at 5pm, we would have been put out. Also, the restaurant dinner hours are minimal so if a visitor is planning to eat there, confirm their hours!!

Liked: Wonderful place, with very nice people running it. Room was comfy, just missed having a shower instead of the big tub - but that's just me!

Liked: Everything! We will definitely return. The room was modern and clean, pool was lovely and the staff too. 3 course meal there was also delicious. Breakfast was excellent especially the croissants and fresh orange juice
Disliked: Nothing!

Comfortable hotel close to Marges.

Disliked: Staff is only available in the morning or late afternoon. Nobody onsite in afternoon or overnight.

Lovely hotel

Liked: The hotel is very easy to find with ample free parking. It is very popular with workers. The staff are polite and friendly, and speak good English. The rooms are large, quiet, comfortable and well appointed. The restaurant offers good value food with plenty of choice.
