Great option for a great...

Liked: Absolutely love the Ponderosa. We have booked there three times already.We have family in Magalia and this location is perfect. The rooms are huge!! Most rooms look onto the pool. We have yet to come up in the hot months to use the pool, we camp up that way in the summer. But pool and hot tub look good.The past two stays we have booked two rooms which have been joining rooms. One for my husband and I and one for our teens.Our first stay we had one room and there was more than enough room for my oldest to set up his sleeping bag on the floor. Plenty of walking space in the room.The bathrooms are also very clean!Mini frig, microwave and coffee in the room. This last time we brought a cooler and were able to microwave snacksThe property is clean and inviting and staff are wonderful, and so kind!
Disliked: I would only say if arriving in the evening when raining or foggy it may be a tad hard to spot the entrance. It looks like you are entering into somewhat of a business park but keep going and you’ll see the office/lobby.There is a lighted sign out front but if unfamiliar with the area it can be a little confusing.But absolutely love this place for the price!

Liked: I honestly loved everything about Ponderosa Gardens Hotel!!! I stay here quite often and I have never had any problems! The staff is friendly and welcoming! I love this place
