Disliked: Pool was disappointing was closed for cleaning for 3 hrs midday then seemed to still feel very dirty staff should be checking to be sure users are fallowing basic rules kids standing and peeing wherever was very disgusting

Liked: We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, water slides and splash park.
Disliked: The room was smaller than we expected for the 300.00 a night we paid for. When booking I asked for a cot to be put in the room and was told at check in we don't have cots, despite a conformation email that said my request was approved. The bathroom sink in room 114 does not drain water properly. Water was 1/2 full in sink and wouldn't drain. The bathroom sink foset handle also came off in my hand when I turned water on. The coffee pot area in room had coffee, no cups and no creamer, stir sticks, or sugar.

Is close to Highway but...

Liked: Breakfast was ok, kids enjoyed it. There were no Gluten Free options for bread.Kids thought slides were great. They had lots of towels.

Aside from the pull out...

Liked: The breakfast actually met expectations and more. The slides and pool are awesome. Staff was friendly and it was a nice atmosphere.
Disliked: The pull out couch in our room was incredibly uncomfortable. We put the mattress on the floor so hopefully our son could sleep better.
