Liked: Always like staying at the Pomeroy, rooms are good, facilities and staff are great, breakfast is always good.
Disliked: I have no complaints

Liked: Liked that it had guest laundry services and a pantry for quick dinner/snack options
Disliked: As an elderly person with a disability, I wish hotels had higher toilets

Liked: It was comfortable and clean. The checkout lady Joanna I believe her name was, was very nice. After we made her aware of the broken bathroom door. I kept getting stuck in the bathroom and my husband would have to help me open the door. she gave us a discount without us even asking. We just wanted to make them aware because we were concerned about a person alone getting trapped in there. Joanna is the only reason this place got any stars from me.
Disliked: We looked at prices on booking and then phoned around 5pm to the hotel to see what price they were offering. The lady (unknown name) gave a much higher price for the same room. I told her that we were going to book through booking since it was a better deal. She asked what was booking offering and I told her, she said she can’t believe that and she’s not seeing that on her end so she couldn’t price match. She was treating me like a liar. Then said if I can’t afford it at the price she’s offering she can recommend cheaper hotels. Just because I want the best deal doesn’t mean I can’t afford it. I told her that it’s okay I’m just going to book through the third party. Then she got even ruder And she said it’s on me if it doesn’t work out the way I’m wanting it to. She also said she can’t promise that if I book through the third party that that will be the price they charge me when I get there. I told her it doesn’t work that way and she hung up on me. I booked through booking at a much lesser price. Usually I would have not supported a company with behaviours like that but I wanted to prove her wrong and that I wasn’t lying about the price and that she can’t up the price when I get there.
