Great staff, great stay!

Liked: The staff was amazing. Our room was not ready when we checked in, and they didn't know how long until it was ready, so they gave us an upgraded suite that was amazing!
Disliked: If I had to find 1 thing that I didn't like, it would be the pool and hot tub had way more chlorine than anywhere else we have stayed. It actually really irritated our skin, and we only swam twice for about an hour.

Only stayed because of pool...

Liked: Pool
Disliked: It’s a work hotel meaning its hallways are very dirty on floor we stayed, shower tiny.

We had a pleasant stay...

Liked: Facilities were clean and staff were welcoming. Good breakfast . Comfortable bed.
Disliked: The shower curtain rod appeared to have been installed incorrectly, as the shower curtain kept moving toward the middle of the sloped rod and away from the edges of the tub.

decent stay

Liked: Kids loved the pool, breakfast was good
Disliked: beds could have been comfier, also one of the beds had stained sheets
