Disliked: The front desk staff were not very friendly. They weren't rude - just disengaged. I stayed there back in march and had a much better customer service experience.

Liked: Room was large and spacious . Pool, slide and hot tub were great other than a little to much chlorine in hot tub.
Disliked: The room was old and not cleaned well. Stains on everything wall, couches, chairs, and floor. The fridge was not cleaned out from the last guest. One of the sinks in the bathroom had a horrible smell of musky mildew once we ran water in it at 3 am. after using the bathroom.. The bathroom smelled up the bedroom as 6 having 2 fans on in the bathroom and dressing area. The bar sink drained so slowly. We did end up getting a $24 credit on our bill for the terrible smell. I could have called and complained, but we were unpacked sleeping, and we really didn't want t9 have to m9ve rooms in the middle of the night.after we were half asleep. So we sprayed perfume and opened the window, and turned up the heat. The second time, being here in their best rooms and both times very disappointing, I'm not sure we will go back again.
