Liked: pleasant staff, amazing location. We had an oceanfront room and it was really roomy with a well stocked and organized kitchenette area and full sized fridge. Nice pots, frying pan, dishes. Table and 2 chairs, nice couch/sitting area. Good internet and TV reception. Everything in the room was clean. Lots of towels.
Disliked: The bathroom was tiny and the tub was a bit sketchy. Water pressure was really low.The elevator areas could use some touchups.

The deposit and pet fee...

Liked: It was right on the beach
Disliked: It was a $90 pet fee on top of the $100 deposit.they said for special cleaning after the pet leaves which I think is BS because when we entered the room, it did not smell like it was ever cleaned. The room I booked was oceanfront and we couldn’t even have oceanfront because we had an animal. They’re not allowed in the oceanfront. The rooms only have one tv even though we had 2 separate rooms a front room and a separate bathroom.Not to mention the hot tub smelled bad.

Liked: It’s beach accessible… and the night shift staff was extremely nice

Passable

Liked: It is a nice place to stay for the money we paid. We really like all the indoor pools they have for the kids. Plus it is right on the beach. We love that they a kitchen in the room we had
Disliked: the tv you could not see it. We had a room that was very hard to get in and out of (it was a end room very small).

Disliked: The the bathroom and the rom had a bad smell too it.

This was a change in...

Liked: The beds were comfortable. The parking upstairs we were able to look out the window to see the car.
Disliked: The only thing we did not like was the after parking the car, you had to walk down a staircase to get to the ground floor then walk to the elevatorand take it to the floor we was on. We reported to the front desk that someone uniated in the elevator. That wasn't cleaned the best either you could still smell the pee. Also, someone or pet pooped on the ground across fom elevator, that was cleaned up and you could smell the bleach.
