Liked: what breakfast??? was never told of any breakfast being served and never saw any
Disliked: first room was not what i paid for ( was told a full kitchen but it only had a fridge and microwave. first room had the smoke detector beeping constantly (?low battery) . informed the staff who said they reset it and give it 20 min to stop. it never stopped. we were able to switch rooms. The smoke detector in original room still was beeping the entire stay( we would listen at the original rooms door). definitely need to remodel. broken door handle in first room to the bathroom. lots of marks on walls , water spot on ceiling, need upgrade on furniture . not enough dishes in room for the number of people the suite can hold(actually hardly any) . i could go on. got this as a special price on off season. definitely would NOT pay more for it during busy season. didnt know indoor pool was closed until a week before stay. was disappointed in this and least they could do was provide free tickets to a neighboring indoor waterpark.

Liked: The price was great for the weekend. Once we changed rooms due to some issues, the rest of the stay was good
Disliked: No use of the balcony. Not all rooms equipped with the same amenities

Liked: We had an amazing room and the staff was wonderful. Our stay lasted 8 days. Everything was clean, and if we needed anything, it was handed right to us without question. If we had trash, we would leave the bag outside the room without fail it was gone. We will definitely stay here again anytime we travel to this area again.
Disliked: The only thing was it was off-season, so there was no pool. Indoor or other except on weekends. Not a big deal though.
